We deliver to selected Austin-area ZIP codes. See our delivery ZIP codes and fees before ordering, then choose an available date and time at checkout. For an address outside the listed area, contact us first.
Where can I pick up my gift?
Pickup is on Riata Trace Parkway, Austin, by confirmed booking. Choose a pickup date and time at checkout. The exact address is shared after payment and pickup confirmation.
How do I choose a strawberry design?
Our curated gifts come with the design shown. For custom gifts, choose from the strawberry designs available on that product page. Custom strawberry and fruit bouquets can include one or two designs; choosing two adds $6 and splits the strawberries evenly between them. For a theme or design that is not listed, contact us before ordering.
Are the flowers edible?
Fresh flowers in floral bouquets are for decoration only. Remove the flowers before eating the strawberries.
Can I add a message?
You can add a short decoration message and a longer gift card message when you personalize a gift. We’ll keep those instructions with your order.
Do I need an account?
You can browse and personalize without an account. Sign in or create an account at checkout so you can find your order and its details later.
How do I choose a delivery time?
Choose local delivery or pickup at checkout, then select an available date and time window. Your selection is included in your order confirmation. Only times with space available can be booked.
